Service Provider Agreement between FUPE Systems AS and Vizada

FUPE Systems AS has signed an Service Provider Agreement with Vizada. FUPE Systems AS will use Vizada as their Inmarsat C connection for LRIT Conformance Testing and other services.

FUPE Systems AS recognized by SkyWave as a LRIT solution provider for Norway.

FUPE Systems AS and SkyWave Mobile Communications inc. has signed an LRIT Service Provider Agreement where FUPE Systems AS is certified to distribute and LRIT Conformance Test SkyWave equipment.

LRIT APPROVED

Autorization as LRIT Testing ASP (Application Service Provider) has been approved by the Norwegian Maritime Directorate (Sjøfartsdirektoratet).

The Long-Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) regulation will apply to the following ship types engaged on international voyages:
- All passenger ships including high speed craft,
- Cargo ships, including high speed craft of 300 gross tonnage and above, and
- Mobile offshore drilling units.

All vessels of 300 gross tonnage and above on international voyage will need to be compliant with LRIT regulations.
We will be using DMR800-LRIT from Skywave.
